摘要
目的探讨综合健康宣教对CT引导下肝癌射频消融患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法依据干预方法的不同将102例肝癌患者分为观察组和对照组,每组51例,对照组患者给予常规健康宣教,观察组患者给予综合健康宣教。比较两组患者的心理应激和心理负担[应激感受量表(PSS)和自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、心理弹性[心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)]和生活质量[肝癌患者生活质量量表(QOL-LC)]。结果干预后,两组患者PSS、SPBS、SAS、SDS量表评分均低于本组干预前,且观察组患者PSS、SPBS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者CDRISC、QOL-LC量表各维度评分均高于本组干预前,且观察组患者CD-RISC、QOL-LC量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论综合健康宣教可明显缓解CT引导下肝癌射频消融患者心理应激反应、心理负担和负性情绪,提高心理弹性和生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive health education on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with liver cancer undergoing CT guided radiofrequency ablation.Method A total of 102 patients with liver cancer undergoing CT-guided radiofrequency ablation were selected and divided into observation group(n=51,received comprehensive health education)and control group(n=51,received routine health education)according to different treatment methods.Compared the psychological stress and burden[perceived stress scale(PSS),self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)],negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],and quality of life[quality of life-liver cancer(QOL-LC)]of two groups.Result After intervention,the PSS,SPBS,SAS,and SDS scale scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention,and the PSS,SPBS,SAS,and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group,with differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of CD-RISC and QOLLC scales in both groups were higher than before the intervention,and the scores of CD-RISC and QOL-LC scales in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive health education can significantly alleviate the psychological stress response,psychological burden,and negative emotions of patients undergoing CT guided radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer,improve psychological resilience and quality of life.
