摘要
在燃气轮机研制阶段,需要对零部件设计进行多次改进迭代。为解决传统加工方式周期长、成本高的问题,将增材制造技术应用于燃气轮机研制过程中。借助于金属3D打印设备,开展了燃气轮机关键部件增材制造成型研究;借助于非金属3D打印机,开展了燃气轮机模型的成型研究。结果显示,增材制造技术能够实现具有非常复杂几何结构的零部件的高效、快速成型,而不必借助额外的工装。将增材制造技术应用于燃气轮机研制过程有助于快速实现产品设计迭代,缩短研发周期、节约研制成本、提高产品性能,适应于先进高性能燃气轮机发展趋势。
In the gas turbine development stage,several iterations of component design improvement are needed to solve the problems of long cycle and high cost of traditional processing method.The additive manufacturing(AM)technology is applied to the research and development of gas turbine to sove this problem.With the aid of metal 3D printing equipment,the research on additive manufacturing of gas turbine key components is carried out;With the aid of nonmetallic 3D printer,the gas turbine model forming is researched.The results showed that the parts with very complex geometries can be produced rapidly with high efficiency by AM technology,without using additional tools.The application of AM to the gas turbine research and development helps to realize fast iteration of product design,shorten the research and development cycle,save development cost,and improve product performance,which meets current development trend of gas turbine.
