摘要
进入21世纪以来,信息技术革命与高等教育普及化共同作用于大学的教与学,推动着大学教学范式的转型。信息技术与高等教育教学的深度融合,促进了大学学习的泛在化和大学教学的混合化变革;高等教育的普及化,促进了大学学习的个性化和大学教学的基础化变革。随着学与教的方式变革及新特征的出现,大学生与大学教师的角色也发生了多重转变,教学相长、师生互学成为突出的师生关系特征,也促进了个性化定制学习和个性化定制教学的内在需求与外部实现。适应网络社会的教学范式是以学生应对与适应未来不确定社会生活为目的,着重培养大学生思维能力与创造力的一种模式,它对教师的教学观念和专业素养提出了新的要求。在广泛实践与政策的推动下,新的教学范式正以内在目标一致但形式多样的实践样态走向前台。
Since the 2lst century,information technology revolution and popularization of higher education have influenced university teaching and learning and transformed its paradigm.The deep integration of informat ion technology and higher education teaching has promoted the generalization of learning and hybrid transformation of teaching,while popularization of higher education has promoted the personalization of learning and basic transformation of teaching.With the change of learning and teaching styles and the emergence of new features,the roles of university students and teachers have undergone transformat ions,and promotion between teaching and learning and teacher-st udent mutual learning have become prominent features of teacher-student relationship,promoting the inherent need and external realization of personalized learning and teaching.T eaching paradigm that fits networked society aims to help students cope with uncertain social life in the future,focuses on students'thinking and creativity,and places new demands on teachers'teaching ideology and professionalism.Supported by practice and policy,.new teaching paradigm is coming into being with the model of internally consistent objectives and diverse practical forms.
