强鼓式燃气采暖热水锅炉冷凝换热器设计与性能研究

摘要 本文主要涉及全预混冷凝式燃气热水设备的换热器防堵及换热性能研究,围绕全预混冷凝式热交换器防堵性能和换热效率两方面内容,通过结构上的组合调整,以螺旋扭曲扁管管束作为冷凝管芯,结合不锈钢翅片盘管,对换热器整体结构进行了新的组合设计,并通过实验室搭载整机匹配运行作了冷凝换热器的防堵模拟及换热性能试验研究。试验结果表明,本文所述的组合式冷凝换热器能有效提升防堵塞能力,并可实现高效的冷凝换热,与整机设备匹配运行能满足冷凝式燃气热水锅炉一级能效要求,达到设计的预期效果。 This paper mainly involves the research on the anti-blocking and heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger of the full-premixed condensing gas-fired hot water equipment.Centering on the anti-blocking performance and heat exchange efficiency of the full-premixed condensing heat exchanger,a new combination design of the overall structure of the heat exchanger is carried out through the cormbination adjustment of the structure,which takes the spiral twisted flat tuhe bundle as the condensing tube core and combines the stainless steel finned coil,The anti-blocking simulation and heat transfer performance lest of the condensing heat exchanger were carried out through the matching operation of the whole machine in the laboratory.The test results show that the combined condensing heat exchanger deseribed in this paper can effectively improve the anti-clogging ability and realize efficient condensing heat transfer.The matching operation with the whole equipment can meet the requirements of the condensing gas-fired heating and hot water combi-boiler,and achieve the intended effect of the design.
