摘要
针对家用空调器室外机常用的平片型、波纹片型以及桥片型翅片管式换热器,研究翅片型式对整机制冷制热性能以及低温环境化霜情况的影响,对三种片型的冷凝器进行试验研究。结果表明:在制冷以及不结霜的高温制热工况下,相同系统配置时桥片型换热器换热效果最好,平片型换热器换热效果最差;在低温制热工况(不稳定运行结霜工况)下,波纹片型换热器换热效果最好,桥片型换热器换热效果最差,并且桥片型换热器结霜最严重。换热器设计时应该综合考虑其换热效率和使用场景来选择翅片的型式。
In order to study the influence of fin type on the cooling and heating performance of the whole machine and the defrosting of low-temperature environment,three kinds of fin type condensers were tested.The results show that the heat transfer effect of the bridge type heat exchanger is the best and that of the flat type heat exchanger is the worst under the same system configuration under the refrigeration and high-temperature heating conditions without frost;Under the low-temperature heating condition(unstable operation and frosting condition),the corrugated plate heat exchanger has the best heat exchange effect,the bridge plate heat exchanger has the worst heat exchange effect,and the frost formation of the bridge plate heat exchanger is the most serious.When designing a heat exchanger,the fin type should be selected based on its heat exchange efficiency and use scenarios.
