摘要
目的探究基于目标管理优化的护理路径结合舒适性护理干预在宫腔镜下无痛取环中的应用效果。方法将我院接收的82例宫腔镜下无痛取环患者根据护理方案分为对照组、观察组,各41例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于目标管理优化的护理路径结合舒适性护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分、护理服务质量管理量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于目标管理优化的护理路径结合舒适性护理干预用于宫腔镜下无痛取环护理中,可提高患者舒适度、护理服务质量,同时利于提升护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing pathway based on target management optimization combined with comfort nursing intervention in painless removal of IUD under hysteroscopy.Methods According to the nursing plan,82 patients with painless removal of IUD under hysteroscopy received in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing pathway based on target management optimization combined with comfort nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)and the nursing service quality management scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing pathway based on target management optimization combined with comfort nursing intervention for painless removal of IUD under hysteroscopy can improve patients'comfort and nursing service quality,which is conducive to improving nursing satisfaction and worthy of promotion.
