基于红外光谱的古代皮革制文物的老化评估及清洁保护 被引量:3

摘要 干燥地区的皮革制文物长期处于脱水状态,内部空间结构受到破坏,老化程度评估是选择文物保护方法的基础。本文通过制备羊皮模拟热老化样品,基于胶原纤维红外光谱测试结果发现,模拟样品酰胺Ⅰ、酰胺Ⅱ的特征峰峰位随着老化程度加深,且二者强度比值不断增加,并逐渐向低波数方向移动。据此对新疆出土距今3800年的皮革文物样品进行老化评估,认为该文物的老化程度与模拟热老化330 h后的状态相似或更加严重,并选取适用于该老化状态的清洁配方对其清洁保护,表面油脂类污染物被清洁干净,样品表面平整无干裂发生。本文提出的基于红外光谱的皮革老化评估方法及清洁配方可为古代皮革文物的修复保护提供实践参考,丰富皮革文物科技保护的基础研究。 The internal spatial structure of leather cultural relics has been damaged due to dehydrate for a long time in dry areas.The evaluation of aging degree is essential before the conservation of leather cultural relics.The simulated thermal aging samples of sheep leather were prepared.From the infrared spectrum results of collagen fibers,it was found that the characteristic peak strength ratios of amide I and amideⅡwhich gradually moving to the direction of low wave number has increased with the aging degree of the simulated samples.According to the simulated experimental result,the aging evaluation of ancient leather sample around as early as 3800 years ago unearthed in Xinjiang was conducted.It was considered that the aging degree of the excavated sample was similar to state after 330 hours thermal aging with simulated samples.For the excavated sample,according to the aging status of leather cultural relics,its surface was flat without dry shrinkage cracks and grease pollutants were cleaned after cleaning with the most suitable formula.The research conclusion as a supplement to the basic research on the leather conservation science will be a good practical reference on aging evaluation method and cleaning strategy for the conservation of ancient leather.
