摘要
使用Flotherm对临近空间飞行器配电单元进行建模仿真,并通过实验验证仿真结果的有效性;在海拔25 km低气压大气条件下对散热器翅片高度、间距及厚度进行优化设计及仿真,兼顾提高功率密度、整机减重及保证结构强度,最终选择具有8个风扇、散热翅片高度75 mm、翅片间距6 mm、翅片厚度1 mm的结构模型作为设计方案。该研究结果对临近空间环境配电单元的结构优化及热设计具有一定的指导意义。
By using Flotherm to model and simulate the power distribution unit of the near space vehicle,the validity of the Flotherm simulation results is verified.The heat dissipation structure of the power distribution unit is simulated and optimized under the condition of low air pressure at an altitude of 25 km,and the appropriate height,spacing and thickness of the heat dissipation fins are selected.Considering the power density,weight and structural strength,a structure with 8 fans,a height of 75 mm cooling fins,a spacing of 6 mm,and a thickness of 1 mm was selected as the design scheme.The results of this study can guide the design of power distribution units in the near space environment.
