依托工程实践与创新能力竞赛的大学生工程素质教育

摘要 针对大学生工程实践与创新能力大赛,将工程训练综合竞赛和素质教育建设相结合,推动学生的工程素质培养。以大赛为导向,深入而全面地执行“做学融合”工程训练的基本教学理念。在交互式教学中,实施问题分析与探索式教育教学模式,并将学科竞赛与工程实践环节相互融合,探索全周期实践创新教学模式,能够为学生综合能力的提升创造条件,逐渐培养学生的创新精神与实践能力。此项赛事的实践显著提升了学生的工程素质,是一种有效提高人才培育质量的积极探索。 Aiming at Undergraduate Engineering Practice and Innovation Ability Competition,this article combines the comprehensive engineering training competition with the construction of quality education to promote the cultivation of students’engineering quality.Taking the competition as the guide,wethoroughly and comprehensively implement the basic teaching concept of“integration of doing and learning”engineering training.In the interactive teaching,the problem analysis and exploratory education teaching mode is implemented,and the subject competition and engineering practice links are integrated,and the full-cycle practical innovative teaching mode is explored,which can create conditions for the improvement of students’comprehensive ability and gradually train students innovative spirit and practical ability.Through the practice of this competition,the engineering quality of students has been significantly improved,which is an active exploration to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation.
