摘要
高职扩招给高职院校带来新的发展动力,同时给教学与管理带来巨大挑战。通过对安徽机电职业技术学院2019级机械制造及自动化专业的社会扩招学生进行问卷调查,针对他们与全日制在校生的不同特点,从教师、教材、教法三个方面提出改革的实施路径,保证社会扩招人才培养质量。
The expansion of higher vocational enrollment has brought new development impetus to higher vocational colleges,as well as challenges to teaching and management.Based on a survey of the students of mechanical manufacturing and automation major of Grade 2019 in Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,the path of reform is implemented from three aspects of teachers,textbooks and teaching methods,aiming at their different characteristics with full-time students,so as to ensure the quality of personnel training for social expansion.
