摘要
法学课程体系是培养新时代法治人才、实现新时代人才培养目标的重要载体与保障。法学课程体系建设必须以习近平法治思想为指引,顺应新文科发展大趋势,以法学专业新“国标”为基本遵循,充分考虑各高校专业定位、办学条件、学生职业发展导向等因素。法商融合的应用型课程体系建设为地方院校在法学教育领域突围提供了思路。
The course system of law is an important carrier and guarantee for training legal talents in the new era and realizing the goal of talent training.The construction of the legal curriculum system must be guided by Xi Jinping’s Thought of Rule of Law,conform to the general trend of the development of the new liberal arts,and take the new National Standard for the law major as the basic guideline.We should take into full consideration such factors as the orientation of the major,the conditions of running a school and the orientation of students’career development.The construction of the applied curriculum system of Integration of Law and Business provides a way for local colleges to break through in the field of law education.
