摘要
改革开放40年来,我国依法治国进程不断推进,法治人才培养取得了优异的成绩。在全面依法治国的新形势下,党和国家对法学教育和法治人才培养在指导思想、道德素质、知识能力、培养体系等方面提出了全新的要求和标准。新时代法治人才的培养必须将德法兼修的育人要求贯彻于人才培养全过程,实现理论教育与实践教学的有机融合,不断创新法治人才培养的方式方法。
With the continuous advancement of law-based governance,the training of law talents in China has achieved outstanding results in the past 40 years of Chinese economic reform.In the new situation of governing the country according to law in an all-round way,the Party and the State have put forward new requirements and standards for law education and the training of law talents in the fields of guiding ideology,moral quality,knowledge and ability,training system and so on.The cultivation of law talents in the new era must carry out the requirement of both moral and legal training in the whole process of personnel training,integrate theoretical education and practical teaching,and constantly innovate the ways and methods of law talents training.
