水解蛋白石膏缓凝剂的制备与复配研究

摘要 通过采用酸溶液水解蛋白原料得到酸解蛋白溶液,经过喷雾干燥制备成水解蛋白石膏缓凝剂。将水解蛋白石膏缓凝剂与氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)、苹果酸复配,ATMP可延长初、终凝时间差,苹果酸可延长凝结时间,经过对比确定水解蛋白石膏缓凝剂、ATMP、苹果酸按7∶1∶2的质量比进行复配时,制备的石膏缓凝剂具备缓凝效率高、对石膏强度负面影响小、适应性广等特点。 Hydrolyzed protein gypsum retarder is prepared by hydrolyzing protein raw materials with acid solution to obtain acid hydrolyzed protein solution,which is dried by spray.Hydrolyzed protein gypsum retarder is compounded with ATMP and malic acid.ATMP can extend the initial setting time and final setting time interval,and malic acid can extend the setting time.Through comparison,it is determined that when hydrolyzed protein gypsum retarder,ATMP and malic acid are compounded at a ratio of 7∶1∶2,the prepared gypsum retarder has the characteristics of high retarding efficiency,small negative impact on gypsum strength,and wide adaptability.
