摘要
研究了柠檬酸、三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钠等4种缓凝剂对磷石膏凝结时间和强度的影响。采用正交试验方法对磷石膏的抗压强度、抗折强度进行了分析。结果表明,当复配缓凝剂中乙二胺四乙酸二钠、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、柠檬酸的掺量分别为0.30%、0.15%、0.15%、0.15%时,既能明显延缓磷石膏的凝结时间,对磷石膏硬化体强度影响也相对较小,是磷石膏较理想的复合缓凝剂。
h researched about the effect of four kinds of phosphogypsum retarders on setting time and strength .of phosphogypsum including citric acid, sodium tripolyphosphate sodium hexametaphosphate and EDTA-2Na. The compressive strength and flexural strength of phosphogypsum are analyzed by the orthogonal test method. The results show that when the additive amount of citric acid,sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium hexametaphosphate and EDTA-2Na is 0.30% ,0.15%,0.15%,0.15%,the compound retarder is available through the composite technology which can not only effectively prolong the setting time of phosphogypsum but also has little influence on the strength to meet the construction requirements of phosphogypsum.
