摘要
目的 观察配戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜后角膜体积的改变与眼内压、等效球镜度、角膜曲率、角膜厚度、前房深度和前房体积等因素的相关性,并探讨角膜体积改变量对近视发展的影响。方法 回顾分析2020~2021年在北京茗视光眼科医院156例验配角膜塑形镜的近视患者,选取单眼入组,观察比较戴镜一年前后的角膜体积的改变,并分析角膜体积与角膜厚度、前房深度、前房体积、眼轴等相关资料的相关性。结果 戴镜前后的角膜体积的差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。相关性分析显示角膜体积改变量与角膜厚度呈显著负相关,与眼轴增长量、眼压、前房深度、前房体积、角膜曲率及等效球镜度之间无明显相关性(P均>0.05)。结论 戴镜后角膜体积较戴镜前增加,角膜厚度与戴镜前后角膜体积的改变量呈现显著的负相关性,角膜体积的改变量与近视防控无关。
Objective To observe the correlation between corneal volume change and intraocular pressure,spherical equivalent,corneal curvature,corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber volume after wearing night wear orthokeratology,and to investigate the effectiveness of corneal volume change on the development of myopia.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of 156 myopic patients who were equipped with corneal shaping glasses in Beijing Mingshi Ophthalmology Hospital from 2020 to 2021.One eye was selected as a group,and the changes in corneal volume before and after wearing glasses for one year were observed and compared.The correlation between corneal volume and corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber volume,ocular axis and other related data was analyzed.Results The corneal volume difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Correlation analysis showed that corneal volume change was negatively correlated with corneal thickness,but there was no significant correlation between corneal volume change and axial growth,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth,anterior chamber volume,corneal curvature and equivalent spherical lens(all P>0.05).Conclusion The corneal volume increases after wearing glasses compared with that before wearing glasses.The corneal thickness has a significant negative correlation with the corneal volume change before and after wearing glasses,and the corneal volume change has nothing to do with preventing and controlling myopia.
