摘要
区域旅游竞争力是区域旅游产业发展水平和发展潜力的综合表现。通过文献分析和德尔菲法,构建区域旅游产业竞争力评价指标体系,并以滁州市为例利用模糊综合评价、IPA象限以及最优尺度方法进行案例分析。结果表明:滁州市旅游产业竞争力去模糊值为3.764,处于中等偏上水平,各制约层竞争力去模糊后的值排序如下:自然生态环境(R6)>交通设施条件(R3)>社会政治环境(R2)>旅游资源基础(R1)>产业服务质量(R4)>市场营销能力(R5);27项具体指标层中优势保持项有6项,潜在资源项有7项,后续改进项有8项,急需改进项有6项;年龄和职业特征与急需改进项具有一定的相关性。为进一步提升滁州市旅游产业竞争力,从旅游资源、服务质量以及市场营销方面提出相关建议。
Regional tourism competitiveness is the comprehensive expression of the development level and potential of regional tourism industry.Through literature analysis and Delphi method,constructing the evaluation index system of regional tourism competitiveness.Taking Chuzhou as an example with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,IPA quadrant analysis and the most scale analysis.The results show that the value of the tourism competitiveness of Chuzhou is 3.764,which is at the upper middle level.The values of the competitiveness of each restriction layer are as follows:natural ecological environment(R6)>transportation facilities(R3)>social and political environment(R2)>tourism resource foundation(R1)>industrial service quality(R4)>marketing ability(R5).Among the 27 specific indicators,there are 6 advantage maintenance items,7 potential resources items,8 follow-up improvement items and 6 urgent improvement items.Age and occupational characteristics have a certain correlation with urgent improvement projects.In order to enhance the tourism competitiveness,relevant suggestions are put forward from the aspects of tourism resources,service quality and marketing.
