摘要
2022年12月26日,国家卫生健康委员会将新型冠状病毒肺炎更名为新型冠状病毒感染,自2023年1月8日起由“乙类甲管”调整为“乙类乙管”。当前,我国疫情防控已进入新阶段,工作重心从“防感染”转向“保健康、防重症”。然而,我国人口基数大,老年化程度加深,慢性病和基础病患者众多,但医疗卫生资源总量不足且分布不均,势必会面临医疗资源挤兑、短期内重症率、死亡率显著波动等新形势、新问题。除优化医疗资源配置、系统筹备、科学应对外,需重点树立、强化命运共同体意识,共同应对新形势、新问题,力争以最快速度、最短时间、最小代价实现疫情防控最大胜利。本文以构建医患命运共同体为着力点,浅析构建医患命运共同体的现实基础及意义,诠释医患命运共同体的科学内涵及举措,为新阶段全面打赢疫情防控战提供参考。
On December 26,2022,the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China renamed formerly-named novel coronavirus pneumonia as novel coronavirus infection(SARS-CoV-2),and then de-classified it as Class B disease from Class A disease on January 8,2023.Currently,the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China has entered a new stage with the focus of work shifting from prevention of infection to health protection and prevention of severe symptoms.However,China has a large amount of population and aging becomes increasingly severe.Among the aging people,a huge number of them suffer from chronic diseases and underlying diseases.Additionally,the total quantity of medical and health resources are insufficient and unevenly distributed,and new situations and problems are bound to arise,such as shortage of medical resources and significant fluctuations in severe disease rate and mortality rate in a short period of time.In addition to optimizing the allocation of medical resources,systematic preparation and scientific response,we need to focus on establishing and strengthening the awareness of a community with a shared future,jointly confronting new situations and problems,and strive to achieve the greatest victory in pandemic prevention and control with the fastest speed,within the shortest time,and at the lowest cost.This article focuses on the construction of doctor-patient destiny donor,analyzes the practical basis and significance of building a community of shared future between doctors and patients,interprets the scientific connotation and measures of the community,and provides reference for comprehensively optimizing the prevention and control in the combat against the pandemic at the new stage.
