摘要
重大公共卫生突发事件暴发期间,预防救治工作固然重要,但民生保障工作同样重要,尤其是长期疫情防控阻击战的制胜关键点就在于城市保障供应体系能否正常运转。本文以2020年新冠肺炎疫情期间的武汉市为例,详细解读了"封城"期间武汉市民生活物资供给的发展过程,并且深入分析了这一过程中呈现出的经验和教训,以期为今后可能面临的重大公共卫生突发事件提供借鉴和参考。
During the outbreak of major public health emergencies,epidemic prevention and control is considerably essential.However,the protection of people’s daily life cannot be ignored.Actually,the key point of long-term epidemic control depends on whether the urban supply system could operate successfully.This paper takes Wuhan lockdown during the period of COVID-19 as an example,elaborates the development of living necessity supply of Wuhan citizens,discusses the gain and loss in this process,in order to provide valuable reference for the major public health emergencies that may happen in the future.
