摘要
气保焊丝挺度过大或过小易导致焊接时送丝稳定性差,影响焊接质量,降低工作效率等问题。分析发现拉丝模具的安装、压缩率,润滑剂质量以及原材料等因素对焊丝挺度都有较大影响,提出改进措施,并给出挺度检测方法。结果表明,气保焊丝在加负载115 g砝码下挠45°,去负载后产生3~5.5 mm的塑性变形,弹性挺度合适,焊接送丝顺畅,电弧稳定、飞溅小,成型美观,熔深最为理想。
Too large or too small gas shielded welding wire stiffness may lead to poor wire feeding stability during welding,affect welding quality,reduce work efficiency and other problems.It is found that wire drawing mold installation,compres-sion ratio,lubricant quality and raw materials have great influence on welding wire stiffness.The improvement measures are proposed and stiffness detection method is given.Deflect 45°with 115 g weight under load,and produce 3~5.5 mm plas-tic deformation after unloading.Elastic stiffness is appropriate,welding wire feeding is smooth,electric arc is stable,spat-ter is small,shape is beautiful,and penetration is ideal.
