摘要 目的:分析宁波市北仑区食源性疾病流行病学特征,了解食源性疾病发病趋势,为预防食源性疾病的发生以及保障北仑区食品安全提供依据。方法:收集2017—2021年“食源性疾病监测报告系统”中北仑区食源性疾病病例信息并分析。结果:2017—2021年北仑区共上报食源性疾病2264例,其中,男性占53.2%,21~40岁占41.8%,农民、民工和工人占74.6%。6—8月发病率较高,占全部病例的38.9%,其中7月发病率占全部病例的14.2%。可疑暴露的主要食物分别是水产品类(32.6%)、水果类(15.8%)、肉类(10.2%)。病例主要症状有腹泻(92.1%)、腹痛(45.1%)、恶心(37.9%)。共采集1191份病例粪便或肛拭子样本,病原体总检出率9.99%。沙门氏菌在第2、第3季度检出率较高,副溶血性弧菌在第3季度检出率较高。结论:北仑区食源性疾病的发生主要与水产品类食物、气温相对较高的季节有关,病原体以水产品易产生的副溶血性弧菌和水果、肉类易产生的沙门氏菌为主,建议监管部门对易引起食源性疾病的食物加强安全监测,在食源性疾病高发季节开展食品安全健康教育。 OBJECTIIVE To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Beilun district from 2017 to2021,understand the incidence trend of foodborne diseases,and provide basis for preventing foodborne diseases and ensuring food safety in Beilun district.METHODS The case information of food borne diseases in Beilun District in the food borne disease monitoring and reporting system from 2017 to 2021 was collected and analyzed.RESULTS From 2017 to 2021,a total of 2264 cases of foodborne diseases were reported in Beilun District,male,aged at 21~40 years.The occupation of farmers,migrant workers and workers accounted for a high proportion of foodborne diseases,accounting for 53.2%,41.8%and 74.6%respectively.The incidence rate from June to August was high,accounting for 38.9%of all cases,of which the incidence rate in July accounted for 14.2%of all cases.The main foods suspected of exposure were aquatic products(32.6%),fruits(15.8%)and meat(10.2%).The main symptoms were diarrhea(92.1%),abdominal pain(45.1%)and nausea(37.9%).A total of 1191 stool or anal swab samples were collected,and the total pathogen detection rate was 9.99%.The detection rate of Salmonella was higher in the second and third quarters,and the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was higher in the third quarte.CONCLUSION The occurrence of foodborne The pathogens are mainly Vibrio parahaemolyticus easily produced in aquatic products and Salmonella easily produced in fruits and meat.It is suggested that the regulatory authorities strengthen food safety monitoring on food that is easy to cause foodborne diseases and carry out food safety and health education in the season of high incidence of foodborne diseases.
