航空发动机低压涡轮出口温度评定方法研究

摘要 针对发动机地面台架试车状态与装机状态的低压涡轮出口温度测点具有差异,可能致使发动机装机状态温度测量结果不准确,文章提出了基于径向位置的数据评估方法。在相同发动机技术状态下,通过录取发动机中间状态数据,获取不同台架T6和机载T6-D布置方案下的出口温度。对发动机低压涡轮出口温度场校准,结果表明该型发动机温度场一致性好,高温区位于径向中间区域,沿径向发动机轴心方向和外涵方向温度均降低,沿周向有高温区,台架各个测点温度一致。以此温度场为基准研究机载测点完全代替台架测点后,通过改变机载测点插入深度,获得了台架均值与该深度真实温度均值相等的机载插入深度。 In order to handle the difference between the engine ground bench test and the installed state low pressure turbine outlet temperature,which may lead to the inaccurate measurement of the engine installed state temperature,a data evaluation method based on radial position is proposed.In the same engine state,the outlet temperature under different bench T6 and T6_D arrangement scheme is obtained by taking in the engine intermediate state data.The temperature field at the outlet of the low pressure turbine is calibrated,the results show that the temperature field of the engine is consistent,the high temperature area is located in the middle area,the temperature along the radial axis direction and the direction of the culvert is lower,and there is a high temperature area along the circumferential direction,and the temperature of each point of the bench is consistent.Using the temperature field as the reference,the air borne insertion depth equal to the real temperature of the airborne T6_D can be obtained by changing the insertion depth of the airborne measurementpoint.
