摘要
针对在测量某型燃气轮机涡轮出口截面的总温时出现的热电偶失效、使用寿命短的问题,对故障电偶进行了分解和能谱分析,发现故障是由偶丝氧化及碎裂的填充水泥的影响导致偶丝断裂造成的。结合涡轮出口的特定测量环境,研制了1种能够在高温氧化环境中长期可靠使用的总温测量热电偶。介绍了新型热电偶结构、感温元件以及采用的支杆填充方式,并对新型热电偶进行结构和精度分析。通过发动机考核试验,证明新型热电偶工作可靠,测量数据准确有效,可用于燃气涡轮发动机涡轮出口总温测量。
In the process of measuring of total temperature for the outlet of a turbine, it was found that the life of some thermocouple probe was very short. To solve this problem, the fault thermocouple probe was decomposed and an energy-spectrum analysis was taken,it was found that the fault was caused by oxidized thermocouple wire and broken concrete. In consideration of the special surrounding of the outlet of the turbine, a total temperature measurement thermocouple probe was developed which could be used in high temperature and oxidized atmosphere for long term. The structure of a new thermocouple probe, a new sensor and a new fitting method were introduced, the structure and precision of the thermocouple probe were analyzed. By the actual use in engine test, the new thermocouple probe was proved to be reliable and accurate, it could be used in measurement for total outlet temperature of gas turbine engine.
