摘要
专业批发市场是枢纽型城市特有的商业业态。广州的专业批发市场在广州特殊城市地位和特有营商环境下,经过了复杂作用形成目前的空间形态,虽提供就业岗位但影响了城市的正常功能。厘清专业批发市场空间演进机制有助于制定针对性的转型升级政策。论文以区位、交通、人口、地价、公服、产业等作为影响因子,借助多元数据构建多元回归模型,分析广州专业批发市场在改革开放40年来空间演进背后的驱动机制,进而提出转型升级的政策建议。
Specialized wholesale markets is a unique commercial format in hub cities.In the context of Guangzhou's special city status and unique business environment,Guangzhou's specialized wholesale markets'spatial pattern has been gradually formed.Although specialized wholesale markets provide jobs,there are still negative influences on cities'normal function.Therefore,clarifying the spatial evolution mechanism of the specialized wholesale markets will help formulate targeted transformation and upgrading policies.The passage takes location,transportation,population,land price,public service,industrial concentration,etc.as infuential variables,uses multiple data to construct multiple regression models to analyze the driving mechanism behind the spatial evolution of the Guangzhou's specialized wholesale markets in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,and eventually proposes transformation and upgradingpolicy suggestion.
