摘要
目的探讨小儿急性非感染性腹泻治疗中合用补液盐Ⅲ与布拉氏酵母菌的临床疗效及症状改善情况。方法采集2019年7月-2022年3月期间的病例展开研究,研究对象为南华大学衡阳医学院附属长沙中心医院收治且符合纳入标准的96例小儿急性非感染性腹泻患儿,以随机数字表法分为两组,分为对照组(常规对症治疗)与观察组(对照组基础上合用补液盐Ⅲ、布拉氏酵母菌治疗),每组各48例;评估临床疗效,观察症状改善情况,对比营养指标和免疫功能指标水平变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组显著更高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组止泻、大便性状恢复正常、脱水纠正时间均更短(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,免疫功能指标即IgA、IgM、IgG检测数值治疗后的水平得到明显升高,且观察组升高幅度更显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论合用补液盐Ⅲ及布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿急性非感染性腹泻,可取得确切疗效,能促进症状快速改善,调节机体免疫功能,改善机体营养状况,有效改善预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and symptom improvement of rehydration salt Ⅲ combined with saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of acute non-infectious diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 96 children with acute non-infectious diarrhea admitted to the hospital from July 2019 to March 2022 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table method:control group(conventional symptomatic treatment)and observation group(control group combined with rehydration salt Ⅲ and saccharomyces boulardii),48 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy was evaluated,the improvement of symptoms was observed,and the changes of nutritional indexes and immune function indexes were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time to stop diarrhea,return to normal stool characteristics and correct dehydration was shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the detection values of IgA,IgM and IgG before treatment,the levels of immune function indexes were significantly increased after treatment,and the increase amplitude was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The levels of total protein,albumin and transferrin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conelusion The combination of rehydration salt Ⅲ and saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of acute non-infectious diarrhea in children can achieve exact efficacy,promote the rapid improvement of symptoms,regulate the immune function,improve the nutritional status of the body and effectively improve the prognosis.
