摘要
目的:探讨益生菌对小儿幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染根治率及对患儿营养和发育的影响。方法:选择116例Hp感染患儿,数表法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各58例。对照组给予经典三联Hp根治方案(克拉霉素+阿莫西林+奥美拉唑)治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗。观察两组治疗前后营养状况、生长发育情况。治疗后,比较两组对Hp根除率及药物相关不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿根治率较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,两组患儿PA、Hb及SF等指标较治疗前显著升高,且治疗后观察组患儿在PA、SF等指标较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组及观察组患儿除头围外,其余4项指标较治疗前均显著升高,且治疗后观察组患儿上述4项指标较同期对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。两组患儿药物相关不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益生菌联合经典抗Hp治疗在有效提高根除率的同时,可明显改善患儿营养状况及发育水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of probiotics on the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori infection and the nutrition and development in children.Methods:116 children with helicobacter pylori infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the classical triple therapy of Hp(clarithromycin+amoxicillin+omeprazole),while the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium tetrad viable tablets on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,growth and development of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.After treatment,the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups..Results:The radical cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Pa,Hb and SF in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and Pa,SF and other indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,except for the head circumference,the other four indicators in the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the above four indicators in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Probiotics combined with classic anti Hp therapy can effectively improve the eradication rate,and can significantly improve the nutritional status and development level of children.
