摘要
运用文献资料法、对比分析法、实证研究法对2020新规则变化特点进行探究,分析新规则下车轮跳项目难度编排趋势与得分技巧。结果表明:2020新规则较2017旧规则花样动作难度等级划分更细,更合理;动作编排以多种动作元素组合为主,动作难度在4级及以上较为合理,组合形式可采用以多摇或体操元素为核心,搭配其他元素形成组合动作。
The literature method,comparative analysis method and empirical research method are used to explore the change characteristics of the 2020 new rules,and analyze the difficulty arrangement trend and scoring skills of wheel perform items under the new rules.The results show that:the dfficulty level of the new rules in 2020 is finer and more reasonable than that of the old rules in 2017.Movement choreography is based on the combination of a variety of movement elements,and the difficulty of movement is more reasonable at level 4 and above.The combination form can be used to shake or gymnastics elements as the core,with other elements to form a combination of movements.
