2022年全锦赛女子平衡木成套动作编排分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过文献资料、视频观察、数理统计等研究方法,对2022年全国体操锦标赛女子平衡木项目决赛的成套动作进行仔细分析,旨在研究2022年全国体操锦标赛女子平衡木项目的编排特点与发展趋势。研究结果:女子平衡木项目难度编排和完成仍处于国际领先位置;选手在上法的编排中形成了两种发展趋势,即使用较为简单的A组难度上法和使用D组以上的难度上完或进行难度连接编排;平衡木单项决赛运动员连接串难度至少编排了3串,能力强的运动员在成套编排中使用;平衡木单项决赛下法编排都使用了D组以上的难度编排,甚至出现了F组的难度下法,在新周期规则中既能获得0.2的奖励加分,同时还能提高平衡木成套的难度价值。 Through the research methods of literature,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper makes a careful analysis of the routine in the final of the women’s balance beam event of the 2022 Chinese National Gymnastics Championship,aiming at studying the choreography characteristics and development trend of the balance beam event of the 2022 Chinese National Gymnastics Championship.The results are as follows:The difficulty choreography and completion of the women’s balance beam event are still in the international leading position.For the players,there are two development trends in the choreography of methods of getting on the balance beam,that is,using the relatively simple Group A difficulty method and using the difficulty Group D or above to complete or performing the choreography of difficulty connection.The difficulty of connecting strings of athletes in the balance beam individual finals is arranged at least three strings,and the athletes with strong ability use them in the choreography of the routine.The choreography of the method of getting off the balance beam is arranged with the difficulty of Group D or above,and even has the method of getting off it with the difficulty of Group F,which can not only obtain 0.2 bonus points,but also improve the difficulty value of the balance beam routine in the new cycle rule.
