摘要
从艺术编排、难度技术、动作完成三方面，对1997-2000年版、2001-2004年版、20012004年修订版及2005-2008年版的国际体操联合会（FIG）竞技健美操规则进行分析，了解规则的改变时竞技健美操技术发展的主要影响。具体体现在：成套动作编排越来越强调操化动作、过渡与连接、托举、难度等内容的多样性和创新性；对成套动作的艺术性要求不断提升，动作要结合特定的音乐加以完美表现；规则的改变使难度动作的分组、动作分值更趋合理等方面。
It made an analysis of FIG competitive callithenies regulations of 1997- 2000 edition, 2001- 2004 edition, 2001- 2004 revised edition and 2005 - 2008 edition from the three aspects of artistic arrange in order, difficult technique and performance of movements, so as to knew well the main effects of alteration for the regulations on the development of competitive callisthenics technique. The effects are concretely embodied as follows： the arrangement of complete set of movements increasingly emphasizes the diversification and innovation in gymnastic movements, transition and link, hold and lift, difficulty etc., a complete set of movements has a continuously rising demands for artistic nature, the movements should be perfectly performed combined with given music, and the alteration for the regulations makes the grouping of difficulty and movement score be getting more and more reasonable and so on.
