摘要 目的探讨血细胞参数及比值变化对甲型流感病毒感染患者的临床意义。方法选择2020年9月至2022年9月我院收治的100例甲型流感病毒感染患者纳入观察组,选取同期在我院进行健康检查的100名健康者纳入对照组。比较两组患者的白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、淋巴细胞(LYM)、单核细胞(MON)、血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV),并计算两组的NLR、PLR、LMR。绘制受试者工作特性(ROC)曲线评估NLR、PLR、LMR对甲型流感病毒感染的诊断效能。结果观察组WBC、LYM、PLT低于对照组,MON高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组NLR高于对照组,LMR低于对照组(P<0.05)。LMR对甲型流感病毒感染均具有较好的诊断效能(AUC>0.75,P<0.05)。结论甲型流感病毒感染患者WBC、LYM、PLT及LMR呈降低趋势,MON与NLR呈升高趋势,其中LMR可作为临床诊断甲型流感病毒感染的有效指标。 Objective To explore the clinical significance of blood cell parameters and ratio changes for patients with influenza Avirus infection.Methods 100 patients with influenza Avirus infection admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected as observation group,and 100 healthy people with health examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.The white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEU),lymphocyte(LYM),monocyte(MON),platelet count(PLT)and mean platelet volume(MPV)were compared between the two groups,and the NLR,PLR and LMR of the two groups were counted.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of NLR,PLR and LMR for influenza Avirus infection.Results The WBC,LYM and PLT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MON was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NLR of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LMR was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).LMR had better diagnostic efficacy for influenza Avirus infection(AUC>0.75,P<0.05).Conclusions WBC,LYM,PLT and LMR of patients with influenza Avirus infection show a downward trend,while MON and NLR show an upward trend.LMR can be used as an effective indicator for clinical diagnosis of influenza A virus infection.
