摘要
针对企业面临的人力资源管理术语定义、职业发展通道系统建设、人才队伍结构优化等管理需求,提出了一种基于模型的企业人力资源管理方法,提升了人力资源管理队伍的分析能力、协同效率和人才队伍建设质量,并进一步选取了典型的应用场景,用基于本体语言的建模工具和较为多样化的建模方法,建立一组人力资源管理领域的实用模型.以某研究院的实践为案例,验证了基于模型的人力资源管理系统工程的相关技术.研究结果表明,基于模型的系统工程方法在人力资源管理领域具有良好的适用性,能够有效指导相关的人力资源管理实践.
A model-based human resource management approach is proposed to solve the enterprise issues like clarification of human resource management terminologies,construction of development pipeline system,and optimization of workforce topology.This approach provides improved analytic capabilities,collaboration efficiency and talents management quality.Across several typical application scenarios,several kinds of modeling methods are utilized to construct substantial human resource management models with software tool in KARMA language.The model-based human resource systems engineering techniques are verified by the management practice of high-tech enterprise.The results show that model-based systems engineering method is well adaptable in human resource management domain and capable of effectively guide the human resource management practice.
