摘要 目的采用Design-Expert 11软件,制备和优化明胶修饰β-胡萝卜素亚微乳。方法以大豆油作为油相,明胶作为乳化剂,磷脂作为助乳化剂,通过超声法制备亚微乳,并采用星点设计-效应面法设计处方,以载药量、离心稳定常数和平均粒径作为响应面的考察指标,筛选出β-胡萝卜素亚微乳的最优处方。结果最优处方为:5.00%大豆油、0.20%明胶、0.792%磷脂,制备的明胶修饰的β-胡萝卜素亚微乳的载药量较高、离心稳定性常数较小和平均粒径较小。结论表明该处方制备的β-胡萝卜素亚微乳具有优异的载药量和稳定性。 Objective To prepare and optimize the gelatin-modifiedβ-carotene submicron emulsion using Design-Expert 11 software.Methods A star-point design-response surface methodology was employed to develop the formulation,incorporating soybean oil as the oil phase,gelatin as the emulsifier,and lecithin as the co-emulsifier.The submicron emulsion was prepared using ultrasonication,and the drug loading capacity,centrifugal stability constant,and mean particle size were selected as response surface indicators for the optimization process.Results The findings revealed that the optimal formulation be was composed of 5.00%soybean oil,0.20%gelatin,and 0.792%lecithin,resulting in a gelatin-modifiedβ-carotene submicron emulsion with a high drug loading capacity,low centrifugal stability constant,and small mean particle size.Conclusion This present work suggests that the preparedβ-carotene submicron emulsion shows excellent drug loading capacity and remarkable stability.
