摘要
研究了电子级玻璃纤维布膨胀系数的准确测量方法。通过分析电子级玻璃纤维布传统膨胀系数测量方法存在的问题,发现传统方法与真实值存在较大偏差。根据实验和理论,确定了膨胀系数偏差的工艺来源和玻璃微结构因素的来源。结果表明膨胀系数测量偏差随玻璃化转变温度的升高而增大,两者之间的关系近似线性;玻璃纤维布膨胀系数的准确测量方法应是在高温下熔化,然后将玻璃成型并在400℃下进行部分退火,之后将玻璃切割并研磨成条状,以测量和获得玻璃纤维布的膨胀系数。
The accurate measurement of the expansion coefficient of glass fiber cloth was studied.By analyzing the problems existing in the traditional expansion coefficient measurement of electronic grade glass fiber cloth,it was found that the traditional method had a large deviation from the true value.Based on the experiment and theory,the process source of the expansion coefficient deviation and the source of glass microstructure factor were determined.The results have shown that the expansion coefficient measurement deviation increases with the increase of glass transition temperature,and the relationship between them is approximately linear.The accurate method of measuring the expansion coefficient of glass fiber cloth should be:melting the glass batch at high temperature,then forming glass and moving the glass into a muffle furnace preheated to 400℃for partial annealing,followed by cutting the glass and grinding it into strips for measuring and obtaining the expansion coefficient of glass fiber cloth.
