露天矿边坡稳定性及防护措施研究

摘要 为了保证露天开采经济安全,同时为下一步设计提供依据,根据矿山生产情况,对原设计的626 m以下台阶并段方案进行验证,采用Geo-studio和三维数值模拟方法,确定了矿山的8个典型剖面,以2个剖面为例,共设置了方案Ⅰ—方案Ⅳ,分别对每种方案进行不同工况下稳定性分析,获得了每个剖面在不同工况下的安全系数。经边坡稳定性计算获得安全合理的终了边坡角,通过采矿开挖数值计算分析终了边坡的应力场及位移场情况。提出了防护措施,建议对露天采场西部岩石较为破碎区域进行锚—喷—网方法对坡面支护,研究可有效提高矿山在进行生产计划等决策时的效率,保障了矿山生产过程中车辆人员的安全。 In order to ensure the economic safety of open-pit mining and provide a basis for the next design,according to the mine production situation,the original design of the 626 m bench and section plan was verified.Using Geo-studio and three-dimensional numerical simulation methods,8 typical profiles of the mine were determined.This article took 2 profiles as examples and sets up a total ofⅠ-Ⅳslope schemes.Stability analysis was conducted on each scheme under different working conditions,and the safety coefficients of each profile were obtained under different working conditions.The safe and reasonable final slope angle is obtained through the calculation of slope stability,and the stress field and displacement field of the final slope are analyzed through numerical calculation of mining excavation.The protective measures are put forward,and it is suggested that the anchor-spray-net method should be used to support the slope in the relatively broken rock area in the west of the open-pit stope.The research can effectively improve the efficiency of the mine in decision-making such as production planning,and ensure the vehicle and personnel safety in the mine production process.
