摘要
目的:探讨康复训练联合有氧运动对慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure,CHF)患者康复效果的影响。方法:选择2020年8月-2021年8月郑州市第七人民医院接收的采取有氧运动干预的50例CHF患者临床资料,纳入对照组;另收集同期医院接收的采取康复训练联合有氧运动干预的50例CHF患者临床资料,纳入观察组。对比两组患者干预前、干预12周时心功能指标[左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、运动耐力[采用6 min步行试验(6 MWT)评估]和生活质量[采用明尼苏达心衰生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)评估]。结果:与干预前比较,两组患者干预12周LVEF水平升高,LVESD、LVEDD水平降低,观察组LVEF水平为(51.70±5.21)%,高于对照组的(44.67±4.53)%,LVESD为(34.69±3.62)mm、LVEDD为(45.27±4.59)mm,低于对照组的(37.39±3.81)mm、(48.36±4.72)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=7.200、3.633、3.319,P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组患者干预12周6 MWT水平升高,观察组6 MWT水平为(454.32±33.16)m,高于对照组的(426.56±30.32)m,差异有统计学意义(t=4.369、P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组患者干预12周MLHFQ评分降低,观察组MLHFQ评分为(43.54±3.16)分低于对照组的(50.36±3.32)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.522,P<0.05)。结论:康复训练联合有氧运动应用在CHF患者康复中,可恢复患者的心功能,增强运动耐力,改善生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of rehabilitation training combined with aerobic exercise on the rehabilitation effect of patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:The clinical data of 50 patients with CHF who took aerobic exercise intervention admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and included in the control group.The clinical data of 50 patients with CHF who took rehabilitation training combined with aerobic exercise intervention in the same period were collected and included in the observation group.The cardiac function indexes(left ventricular end-systolic internal diameter[LVESD],left ventricular ejection fraction[LVEF],left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter[LVEDD]),exercise tolerance(assessed using the 6-minute walk test[6 MWT])and quality of life(assessed using the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire[MLHFQ])were compared between the two groups of patients before and at 12 weeks of intervention.Results:Compared with the pre-intervention period,LVEF levels increased and LVESD and LVEDD levels decreased in both groups at 12 weeks of intervention.Compared with the control group,the LVEF level in the observation group was(51.70±5.21)%,which was higher than(44.67±4.53)%of the control group,and the LVESD level was(34.69±3.62)mm and LVEDD level was(45.27±4.59)mm,which was lower than(37.39±3.81)mm and(48.36±4.72)mm of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.200,3.633,3.319,P<0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention period,the 6MWT level was higher in both groups at 12 weeks of intervention,and the 6MWT level in the observation group was(454.32±33.16)m,which was higher than(426.56±30.32)m in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.369,P<0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention period,the MLHFQ scores decreased in both groups at 12 weeks of intervention,and the MLHFQ score in the observation group was(43.54±3.16)points,which was lower than that of the control group(50.36±3.
