摘要
目的 观察医院急诊室在急诊护理管理中应用风险管理标准的价值。方法 择取2019年7月-2020年10月急诊室患者90例作为研究对象,将患者随机均等分为对照组与研究组,对照组应用常规急诊护理,研究组在风险管理标准下实施急诊护理,探究两种护理方式在护理管理中的应用价值。结果 经过对应护理,研究组患者在护理缺陷、护理投诉、损害医务人员方面相较于对照组更具优越性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对患者对医院护理满意度评价,研究组患者相较于对照组患者更具有优越性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 为急诊室患者实施风险管理标准下的急诊护理措施可给患者提供舒适的护理环境,减少护理缺陷、护理投诉、损害医务人员的情况发生,提升患者对医院的护理满意度,值得重视与推广。
Objective To observe value of risk management standards in emergency nursing management in hospital emergency rooms.Methods The paper chose 90 patients in emergency room from July 2019 to October 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and study group randomly and equally.Control group was treated with routine emergency nursing,and study group with emergency nursing under risk management standards.Application value between two nursing methods in nursing management was explored.Results After corresponding nursing,the patients in study group had better effect than control group in terms of nursing defects,nursing complaints,and damage to medical personnel(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Satisfaction with hospital nursing in study group had more advantages than control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Conclusion Emergency nursing measures under risk management standards can provide comfortable nursing environment for patients in emergency rooms,reduce nursing defects,nursing complaints and harm to medical staff,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of patients with hospitals,which is worthy of attention and promotion.
