摘要
目的 探究尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检验对早期糖尿病肾损伤患者的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年1月本院收治的糖尿病早期肾损伤患者40例作为观察组,另在同一时间段取本院体检的健康人员40例为对照组,观察比较两组尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检验水平;以糖尿病早期肾损伤金标准为准,计算比较单用尿糖检验、尿微量白蛋白检验与二者联合诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度;比较不同单一检验与联合检验的诊断敏感度、特异度、准确度。结果 两组比较,观察组尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检验水平均较高(P<0.05)。尿糖检验诊断的敏感度=75.00%,特异度=62.50%,准确度=68.75%;尿微量白蛋白检验的敏感度=67.50%,特异度=57.50%,准确度=50.00%;尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检验的敏感度=97.50%,特异度=90.00%,准确度=93.75%。单用尿糖检验、尿微量白蛋白检验结果的敏感度、特异度、准确度差异不显著(P>0.05)。尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检验的敏感度、特异度、准确度明显比单用尿糖检验、尿微量白蛋白检验高(P<0.05)。结论 临床诊断早期糖尿病肾损伤时,采取尿糖、尿微量白蛋白检验,可进一步对患者的病情进行评估,提高诊断准确性,及时控制病情。
Objective To explore application effect of uric acid and microalbuminuria for early diabetes patients with renal injury.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with early renal injury of diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as observation group,and 40 healthy people examined in our hospital at the same time as control group.Levels of urine sugar and urine microalbumin were observed and compared between two groups.According to gold standard of early renal injury in diabetes,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of urine glucose test alone,urine microalbumin test and their combined diagnosis were calculated and compared;diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of different single and combined tests was compared.Results Test levels of urine glucose and microalbumin in observation group were higher(P<0.05).Sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of individual urine glucose test for diagnosis was 75.00%,62.50%,and 68.75%respectively;sensitivity of urine microalbumin test=67.50%,specificity=57.50%,accuracy=50.00%;sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of urine glucose and microalbumin test was 97.50%,90.00%,and 93.75%respectively.There was no significant difference in sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of results of urine glucose test and urine microalbumin test(P>0.05).Sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of urine sugar and microalbumin tests were significantly higher than urine sugar and microalbumin tests only,(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical diagnosis of early diabetes renal injury,urine sugar and microalbumin test can further evaluate condition of patients,improve diagnostic accuracy and control condition in time.
