摘要
目的:阐述完成检测血糖工作使用快速血糖仪和常规生化仪的临床应用价值。方法:在本院2019年6月~2020年3月中挑选共计150例患者资料,将其抽取的两份血液样本作为标本,常规组接受常规生化仪(西门子1800全自动生化仪)检验法,实验组接受快速血糖仪(罗氏活力血糖仪)检验法。分析技术应用差异,检测时间、血糖检验水平、检验指标情况、检测人员满意度。结果:实验组标本检测时间相比较常规组更短,同时就检验各项指标对比实验组与常规组无显著差异,P<0.05。而实验组中治疗前、治疗后时检测的血糖检测水平(空腹、餐后2h)和常规组相较无差异性,P>0.05。实验组所述检验人员对操作满意度高于常规组,P<0.05。结论:检测血糖时使用快速血糖仪(罗氏活力血糖仪)、常规生化仪(西门子1800全自动生化仪)检验其所得血糖指数不会有明显影响,还能缩短检测时间。
Objective:To elaborate the clinical application value of rapid glucose meter(Roche)and routine biochemical meter(Siemens 1800)in the detection of blood glucose.Methods:A total of 150 patients were selected from June 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital.Two blood samples were taken as samples.The routine group received the routine biochemical test method(Siemens 1800 automatic biochemical test instrument),and the experimental group received the rapid glucose meter(Roche)test method.The differences in technology application were analyzed,including testing time,blood glucose test level,test indicators,and satisfaction of testers.Results:The specimen detection time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the conventional group.At the same time,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the conventional group in terms of the test indicators,P<0.05.However,there was no difference in blood glucose levels(fasting,2h postprandial)between the experimental group and the conventional group after treatment and after treatment,P>0.05.In the experimental group,the inspectors’satisfaction with the operation was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid glucose meter(roche)and routine biochemistry meter(Siemens 1800 automatic biochemistry meter)have no significant effect on the glycemic index,and can shorten the detection time.
