摘要
习近平总书记指出,铸牢中华民族共同体意识是保障各少数民族切身利益的必然需要,是巩固和发展团结互助社会主义民族关系的必然要求。蒙古族赛马文化作为民族文化历史沿革的主要载体,在民族文化演变中逐步成为多元文化的重要历史文化产物,蒙古族赛马文化富有游牧民族精神,在抒写民族文化,增进民族团结方面也深深透露出铸牢中华民族共同体意识的历史必然性。该文通过厘清赛马文化在铸牢中华民族共同体意识上的重要地位,提出从保护生态环境,加强对蒙古赛马的宣传,增加蒙古族赛马的奖金拨款,提高蒙古族赛马的公开性与公平性,对蒙古马种进行保护,不断拓宽蒙古族赛马文化产业链,构筑中华民族共有精神家园等方面来做好蒙古族赛马文化的传承与保护工作。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation was an inevitable requirement for safeguarding the vital interests of all ethnic minorities and consolidating and developing socialist ethnic relations of solidarity and mutual assistance.Mongolian horse-racing culture,as the main carrier of the historical evolution of national culture,has gradually become an important historical cultural product with multi-culture in the evolution of national culture.Mongolian horse-racing culture is rich in nomadic spirit,and it also deeply shows the historical inevitability of consolidating the value of community for the Chinese nation in expressing national culture and enhancing national unity.By clarifying the important position of horse-racing culture in consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation,this papers proposes to do a good job in the inheritance and protection of Mongolian horse-racing culture from the aspects of protecting the ecological environment,increasing the propaganda of Mongolian horse racing,increasing the bonus allocation of Mongolian horse racing,improving the openness and fairness of Mongolian horse racing,protecting Mongolian horse breeds,continuously broadening the industry chain of Mongolian horse-racing culture,and constructing the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation.
