摘要
目的:当前我国体育学研究生培养模式较为落后,已无法适应新时代体育学研究生创新能力的提升需要。基于新时代我国对创新型人才的迫切需求,提出构建以分流淘汰为核心的体育学研究生创新能力模块化培养模式。方法:运用文本分析法和专家访谈法,了解目前我国研究生培养分流淘汰制度的实施进展、存在的主要问题,以及提高研究生创新能力的相关意见。结果:现有关于研究生分流淘汰的政策主要是针对研究生中期考核与学位论文撰写,且相关政策依据日趋完善;基于专家访谈和政策文本分析结果构建的新时代下体育学研究生创新能力模块化培养模式,主要包括入学选拔、分流淘汰、申诉维权、善后帮扶和顺利结业5个模块。建议:“十四五”时期建立实施基本考核要求并逐渐完善模块化培养细节;“十四五”后到2030年加强专项立法,并逐步提高体育学研究生培养标准。
Objective:At present,the training model of sports postgraduates in China is relatively backward and has been unable to adapt to the needs of the improvement of innovative ability of sports postgraduates in the new era.Based on China's urgent demand for innovative talents in the new era,it is proposed to build a modular training model of innovative ability of sports postgraduates with diversion and elimination as the core.Methods:The text analysis method and expert interview method are used to understand the current implementation progress of the diversion and elimination system of China's postgraduate training,the main problems and the relevant opinions on improving the innovation ability of postgraduates.Results:The existing policies on the diversion and elimination of postgraduates mainly aim at the mid-term assessment and the writing of dissertation of postgraduates and the relevant policy basis is becoming more and more perfect,and the modular cultivation model of innovation ability of sports postgraduates in the new era constructed based on the results of expert interviews and policy text analysis mainly includes five modules:entrance selection,diversion and elimination,complaint and rights maintenance,aftercare support and successful completion.Suggestions:Establish and implement basic assessment requirements and gradually improve the details of modular training during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and strengthen special legislation and gradually improve the training standards of sports postgraduates after the 14th Five-Year Plan until 2030.
