摘要
为了探究赤泥替代量对沥青混合料抗水损坏性能的影响,提高赤泥废弃物资源的再利用率,将赤泥分别以粉油比为0、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、12%、14%、16%和18%的比例掺加到基质沥青中配制成赤泥改性沥青;通过沥青混合料的标准马歇尔实验、浸水马歇尔试验、真空饱水实验探究了赤泥改性沥青混合料水稳定性能的变化特点;采用电镜扫描、红外光谱等技术手段对赤泥改性沥青混合料的改性效果进行了具体分析。结果表明:在基质沥青中掺加赤泥能够提高沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、浸水马歇尔稳定度、真空饱水残留稳定度等水稳定性能指标,且当赤泥掺量为10%时,赤泥改性沥青混合料的浸水马歇尔稳定度和真空饱水残留稳定度均达到最大值,水稳定性能最佳;电镜扫描分析发现掺加10%的赤泥改性沥青混合料试件表面出现了纤维状结构,而红外光谱曲线显示其没有出现新的吸收峰,这进一步揭示了赤泥改性沥青混合料的水稳定性能提升的机理。
In order to explore the effect of red mud substitution on the water damage resistance of asphalt mixture and improve the reuse of red mud waste resources,red mud modified asphalt was prepared by adding red mud to matrix asphalt with powder-oil ratio of 0,2%,4%,6%,8%,10%,12%,14%,16%and 18%respectively.The change characteristics of water stability of red mud modified asphalt mixture were explored through standard Marshall test,immersion Marshall test and vacuum saturation test of asphalt mixture.The modification effect of red mud modified asphalt mixture was analyzed by means of electron microscope scanning and infrared spectroscopy.The results show that adding red mud to matrix asphalt can improve the water stability indexes such as Marshall stability,immersion Marshall stability and vacuum saturation residual stability of asphalt mixture,and when the content of red mud is 10%,the water immersion residual stability and vacuum saturated residual stability of red mud modified asphalt mixture reach the maximum,and the water stability is the best.The SEM(scanning electron microscopy)analysis found that there was a fiber-like structure on the surface of 10%red mud modified asphalt mixture,while the infrared spectrum curve showed that there was no new absorption peak,which further revealed the mechanism of improving the water stability of red mud modified asphalt mixture.
