摘要
目的:探讨颅脑超声检查在新生儿颅脑疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:收集我院2022年2月至2023年1月收治的200例疑似患颅脑疾病的新生儿作为研究对象。所有患儿均行颅脑超声检查和MRI检查,统计其颅脑疾病的检出率,并以MRI检查结果为金标准,统计颅脑超声检查诊断新生儿颅脑疾病的准确率。结果:对200例患儿进行颅脑超声检查的结果显示,其中有174例患儿患有颅脑疾病,检出率为87.0%,其中颅内出血、缺氧缺血性脑病、脑实质内出血、蛛网膜及硬脑膜下出血、颅内感染、脉络丛囊肿、室管膜下囊肿分别有68例、20例、8例、18例、10例、20例、30例;对200例患儿进行MRI检查的结果显示,其中有178例患儿患有颅脑疾病,检出率为89.0%,其中颅内出血、缺氧缺血性脑病、脑实质内出血、蛛网膜及硬脑膜下出血、颅内感染、脉络丛囊肿、室管膜下囊肿分别有68例、23例、8例、19例、10例、20例、30例。颅脑超声检查、MRI检查对新生儿颅脑疾病的检出率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以MRI检查结果为金标准,计算颅脑超声检查诊断新生儿颅脑疾病的准确率,结果为99.8%(174/178)。结论:颅脑超声检查在新生儿颅脑疾病的筛查、诊断和治疗中具有不可替代的重要作用,可以提供广阔、清晰的检查视野,且软组织分辨率较高,是一种无创、清晰、非辐射性的检查方法,可以快速获取颅内血流的图像信息,帮助医生准确诊断多种新生儿颅脑疾病。
Objective:To investigate the application value of craniocerebral ultrasonography in the diagnosis of neonatal craniocerebral diseases.Methods:200 neonates with suspected craniocerebral diseases admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research objects.All the children underwent craniocerebral ultrasound examination and MRI examination,and the detection rate of craniocerebral diseases was calculated.The results of MRI examination were used as the gold standard to calculate the accuracy rate of craniocerebral ultrasound in diagnosing neonatal craniocerebral diseases.Results:The results of craniocerebral ultrasound examination of 200 children showed that 174 of them were suffering from craniocerebral diseases,the detection rate was 87.0%,including intracranial hemorrhage,hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,intracranial infection,chorioplexus cyst,subependymal cyst in 68 cases,46 cases,10 cases,20 cases,30 cases,respectively.The results of MRI examination of 200 children showed that 178 of them had cranial diseases,the detection rate was 89.0%,among which 68 cases were intracranial hemorrhage,50 cases were hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,intracranial infection,chorioplexus cyst and subependymal cyst were 68 cases,50 cases,10 cases,20 cases and 30 cases,respectively.There was no significant difference in the detection rate of neonatal craniocerebral diseases between craniocerebral ultrasound and MRI(P>0.05).Using the results of MRI as the gold standard,the accuracy rate of diagnosing neonatal craniocerebral diseases by craniocerebral ultrasound was 99.8%(174/178).Conclusion:Craniocerebral ultrasound plays an irreplaceable role in the screening,diagnosis and treatment of neonatal craniocerebr al diseases.It can provide a broad and clear visual field for examination and has a high resolution of soft tissue.It is a non-invasive,clear and non-radioactive examination method,which can quickly obtain the image information of intracranial blood flow and help doctors accurately diagnose a variet
