摘要
目的:探讨慢性精神分裂症患者实施精神康复群组护理管理模式的临床价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月如东县第四人民医院收治的慢性精神分裂症患者60例为观察对象,采取随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予精神康复群组护理干预。比较两组患者临床效果、治疗依从性、日常生活技能变化与情绪-社交孤独量表评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011);护理后,观察组患者日常基本技能、日常生活能力、人际交往能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组情绪孤立、情绪孤独、社交孤立、社交孤独评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:将精神康复群组管理模式应用于慢性精神分裂症患者效果显著,可提高患者治疗依从性,加强患者的日常生活技能,改善患者情绪-社交孤独感。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of implementing the mental rehabilitation group nursing management model for patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2022,60 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the Rudong County Fourth People's Hospital were selected as observation objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given mental rehabilitation group nursing intervention.The clinical effects,treatment compliance,changes in daily living skills and scores of the Emotional-Social Loneliness Scale were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).After nursing,the daily basic skills,daily living ability,and interpersonal skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of emotional isolation,emotional loneliness,social isolation,and social loneliness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion:Applying the mental rehabilitation group management model to patients with chronic schizophrenia has a significant effect,which can improve patients'treatment compliance,strengthen patients'daily life skills,and improve patients'emotional-social loneliness.
