通过回顾酿酒生涯的历程,阐述了四川盆地独特的地理位置、生态环境和气候条件,蕴育了四川浓香型白酒的显著风格。四川酿酒的悠久历史、大师的工艺传承,造就了川浓的独特魅力。追忆酒界前辈的功绩,是中国酒业航船的“北斗导航”。
Through reviewing the course of winemaking career,this paper expounds the unique geographical location,the ecological environment and the climatic conditions of Sichuan basin,which has brought about the conspicuous style of nongxiangxing Baijiu in Sichuan.The unique charm of chuannong Baijiu is created by the long history of winemaking and the inheritance of technique from the master.Distinguished service of the predecessors are recalled,that are"Beidou navigation"of Chinese Baijiu.
