摘要
针对传统预制构件生产过程中纸质流程卡管理存在的问题,深圳市城市轨道交通3号线四期坪西站装配式构件的预制生产管理采取了相对传统的纸质流程卡,文章对该工程在管理过程中存在的不足进行分析,据此提出了建立智能生产信息化管理项目目标,分析了全装配式地铁车站预制构件智能生产信息化管理系统的架构和功能。
In view of the problems existing in the traditional paper process card management in the production process of prefabricated components,a relatively traditional paper process card is adopted in the prefabricated production management of prefabricated components in Pingxi Station of Phase IV of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 3.This paper analyzes the shortcomings in the management process of the project,puts forward the goal of establishing intelligent production information management project,and analyzes the structure and function of the intelligent production information management system of prefabricated components in fully assembled subway station.
