摘要
为研究不同预制工艺在整体装配式地下综合管廊施工中的优缺点,针对明挖整体装配式地下综合管廊预制生产技术,从工艺分类、具体工艺流程、特点对比等方面进行了研究分析,研究表明:湿法卧式成型工艺能够更加轻松的控制管廊节段宽度,对混凝土收面要求相对较低,无需翻转,操作工序少;而湿法立式成型工艺则更容易适应承插口的形式变化并保证质量,省去了抽拉内模的空间。后续管廊预制施工时,可以参考此文,根据管廊的设计情况,项目建设与现场显著特征的结合选择合适的现场建设技术。
In order to study the advantages and disadvantages of different prefabrication processes in the construction of integrally assembled underground comprehensive pipe gallery,the article focuses on the precast production technology of open-cut and integrally assembled underground comprehensive pipe gallery,and conducts research and analysis from the aspects of process classification,specific process flow,and feature comparison.Research shows that:the wet horizontal molding process can more easily control the width of the pipe gallery section,and the requirement for concrete finishing is relatively low,without turning over,and the operation process is less,while the wet vertical molding process is easier to adapt to the socket The form is changed and the quality is guaranteed,saving the space for drawing the inner mold.In the subsequent prefabrication construction of the pipe gallery,you can refer to this article.According to the design of the pipe gallery,the combination of the project construction and the salient features of the site select the appropriate site construction technology.
