摘要
为全面了解吴忠西瓜生产现状,更好地为吴忠西瓜产学研服务,助力黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区建设,本文对吴忠西瓜产业分布、品种结构、不同生产模式下的生产成本、经济效益、大棚西瓜周年生产及经济效益分析等方面进行了统计分析。结果表明,连栋温棚、移动拱棚、露地栽培三种西瓜生产模式中连栋温棚西瓜生产直接成本投入占比较低,为76.8%,劳动力匮乏且受市场行情影响,导致总成本逐年增加。大棚周年生产中,收益最高的是西瓜-小番茄周年生产,总收益达33440.4元/棚;其次是西瓜-辣椒周年生产,总收益达28442.4元/棚。近年来,劳动力用工紧张且受市场行情影响,用工成本上涨16%~20%,导致总成本逐年增加。考虑劳务用工成本,建议在用工密集型地区,选择西瓜-小番茄或西瓜-辣椒复种栽培,周年效益更高。
In order to fully understand the current situation of Wuzhong watermelon production,better serve Wuzhong watermelon production,study and research,and promote the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.The industrial distribution,variety structure,production cost under different production modes,economic benefit,annual production of greenhouse watermelon and economic benefit analysis of Wuzhong watermelon were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the direct cost of watermelon production in multi span greenhouse accounted for 76.8%,and the total cost increased year by year due to the lack of labor and the changes of market conditions.In the annual production of greenhouse,the annual production of watermelon and small tomato has the highest income,with a total income of 33440.4 yuan/greenhouse;Secondly,the annual total income of watermelon pepper production is 28442.4 yuan/shed.In recent years,labor force has been tight and affected by market conditions,resulting in a 16%to 20%increase in labor costs,resulting in an annual increase in total costs.Considering the cost of labor,it is recommended to choose watermelon tomato or watermelon pepper multiple cropping cultivation in labor-intensive areas for higher annual benefits.
