摘要
本文系统梳理了草莓产前、产中和产后质量安全管控相关标准,简要分析了全国各地草莓地方标准的现状,指出了目前我国草莓质量安全管控标准存在的问题和建议,以期为我国草莓全程质量安全管控标准体系的建设和完善提供数据支撑。
This paper systemically analyzes the standards related on the whole process of strawberry production,briefly explains the current situation of local standards in China,puts forward some existing problems in standard system and several suggestions,which will provide data support for the construction and improvement of strawberry quality and safety control standard system in China.
