摘要
“1+X”证书制度是我国高等职业教育改革的重要抓手,如何推进课证有机融合是高职环保类专业试点院校面临亟待解决的热点问题。以环保试点专业为依托平台,依据教育部《“1+X”污水处理等级职业技能证书的考核和岗位能力要求》,基于产教融合、“三教”改革,以修订人才培养方案、重构课程体系、更新课程标准、增强“双师型”教学主体复合能力、构建素质与技能并重评价方式为突破口,创新构建了基于“1+X”证书试点高职环保类专业课证融合实施路径,培养了适应区域环保产业污水处理职业岗位需求的复合型高技能环保人才,有效提升了环保专业教育质量及学生就业能力。
“1+X”certificate system is an important lever for the in-depth reform of higher vocational education in China.How to promote the organic integration of courses and certificates is a hot issue that vocational and environmental protection pilot colleges are facing that urgently needs to be solved.This study is based on the environmental protection pilot program and in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s“Assessment and Job Capability Requirements for‘1+X’Sewage Treatment Level Vocational Skills Certificate”,based on the integration of industry and education,the“Three Teachings”reform,and taking the revision of talent cultivation plans,restructuring of curriculum systems,updating of curriculum standards,enhancing the composite ability of“dual teacher”teaching subjects,and constructing an evaluation method that emphasizes both quality and skills as breakthrough,innovatively constructed an implementation path for the integration of vocational environmental protection courses and certificates based on the“1+X”certificate pilot program,cultivating composite high skilled environmental protection talents who meet the needs of regional environmental protection industry sewage treatment professional positions,effectively improving the quality of environmental protection education and students employment ability.
