摘要
贮存可靠性问题是制约固体火箭发动机可靠性的重要因素,可靠性要求是贯穿整个贮存期的,长期贮存后的发动机可靠性会逐步下降,贮存期内必须要保证发动机的可靠性满足使用要求。首先定义了影响发动机常用材料贮存可靠性的环境因素并进行了分析,然后在各材料标准环境贮存参数的基础上,通过修正系数来确定实际环境的贮存参数,以确定部组件寿命,再根据不同贮存环境,建立发动机贮存中的标准贮存环境、恒定非标准贮存环境、多阶段贮存历程和已知初始可靠性的四种不同类型的贮存可靠性模型,形成了针对不同环境建立的材料贮存可靠性的通用计算方法,给出了贮存可靠性的计算公式,最终计算出发动机的贮存可靠性。
Storage reliability problems are important factors that restrict the reliability of solid Rocket Motor(SRM).The reliability requirements of SRM are throughout the entire storage period.After long-term storage,the reliability will gradually decline.It must be ensured that the SRM reliability meets the requirements for use.First,the environmental factors that affect the storage reliability of materials are defined and analyzed.Second,on the basis of the storage parameters of each material in the standard environment,the storage parameters in the actual environment are determined by the modification factors to determine the components'life.For different storage environments,four different types of storage reliability models are established including the standard storage environment,constant non-standard storage environment,multi-stage storage history and the known initial reliability in storage.And a common calculation method of materials storage is established for different environments.Besides,the reliability calculation formulas of different models are given.As a consequence,the storage reliability of SRM can be calculated.
