摘要
基于航空发动机视情维修特点,对影响航空发动机部件维修的两个主要决策变量预防性维修阈值和检查间隔期进行分析。在分析某航空公司实际运行数据的基础上,以期望维修费用率最低为目标函数建立针对预防性维修阈值和检查间隔期的优化决策模型。通过用检查间隔期的幂函数表示W eibu ll分布的尺度参数的方法,实现在同一模型中同时对两个决策变量作综合优化决策。最后以CFM 56发动机的HPT叶片为实例作了应用分析。结果表明,所建优化模型在保证发动机安全运行的前提下,使期望维修费用率最低。
Based on characters of the maintenance of aerospace engine, They were two factors key to the maintenance of single parts of aero-engine were analyzed. Threshold on preventative maintenance and maintenance interval. Based on the real data analysis from an airways, and an objective function of expected maintenance cost to be minimized, an optimization model on the above two factors was constructed. An integrative decision making rule was implemented to optimize two factors simultaneously by expressing the maintenance interval as an exponential function parameterizing Weibull's distribution function, Finally, the utility with HPT lamina of CFM56 engine as an example was demonstrated. The results show that our model has the lowest expected maintenance cost under the condition of safe operation of engine.
